The Role
We are seeking a disciplined, proactive, and discreet Close Protection Officer (CPO). The CPO will be responsible for the personal safety and security of assigned principals and their families in dynamic and varied operational environments. This role demands exceptional situational awareness, tactical proficiency, and seamless collaboration with our intelligence and technical support divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Execute comprehensive protective services (static, residential, and mobile) for the assigned principal.
Conduct proactive Protective Intelligence and Threat and Risk Assessments (TRA), including meticulous advance work for all planned movements, residences, and venues.
Develop, implement, and strictly adhere to customized security protocols, contingency plans, and emergency response procedures.
Maintain readiness for secure, professional defensive and evasive driving duties.
Manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Operate effectively as part of a larger security detail, utilizing and integrating technical security systems (CCTV, access control, communications) provided by Cyforce.
Required Qualifications & Profile
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable, operational experience in military special forces, elite law enforcement units, or accredited private Close Protection/Executive Protection roles.
Certification: Possess a valid, current, and recognized Close Protection/Bodyguard license and certificate from an accredited institution.
Skills: Demonstrated expertise in advanced security driving, defensive tactics, surveillance/counter-surveillance, and emergency medical response (e.g., TCCC or equivalent trauma care).
Professionalism: Impeccable professional history, superior communication skills, and a polished appearance suitable for corporate and high-profile environments.
Technical Aptitude: Comfort and familiarity with deploying and utilizing modern security technology and secure communications equipment.
