Cyforce Security Ltd is recruiting professional, disciplined, vigilant and responsible Security Guards / Security Operatives for deployment across Abuja and Adamawa State.
The successful candidates will be responsible for protecting clients, staff, visitors, property and assigned premises while maintaining a high standard of professional security service.
Applicants must be clean, neat, presentable, trustworthy and physically fit and must demonstrate good observation, communication and teamwork skills.
Candidates with previous security experience are preferred. However, candidates who do not have sufficient experience may be considered subject to assessment and successful completion of training through Cyforce Academy before deployment.
Key Responsibilities

Patrol and regularly inspect assigned premises.

Monitor doors, windows, gates, exits and other access points.

Prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.

Control the entry and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles according to established procedures.

Conduct CCTV surveillance when assigned.

Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, disturbances and emergency situations.

Report suspicious activities, incidents and security concerns immediately to the appropriate supervisor.

Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports.

Maintain effective communication using walkie-talkies and other approved communication channels.

Secure designated doors, gates, windows and exits as required.

Follow all Cyforce Security operational procedures, instructions and policies.

Maintain professional conduct and appearance while on duty.

Perform other reasonable security-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years security experience preferred.

SSCE, Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Must be clean, neat and professional in appearance.

Strong observation and surveillance ability.

Good understanding of general security and public safety procedures.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer literacy is an advantage.

Must be disciplined, trustworthy, responsible and reliable.

Must be physically fit and prepared for security duties.

Must be a good team player.

Previous security training is an advantage.
Training Opportunity
Candidates who require additional professional preparation may be required to undergo training through Cyforce Academy before deployment.
